Rereading isn’t usually part of my habits. I couldn’t even remember the last time that I reread a book before I started feeling the urge to pick up again some of my old favourites. These are books that I believed to be 5-star reads, but that I read for the first time both before having this blog and using a rating system.
The six books which I consider to be old favourites are listed below. I mentioned them many times on this blog in the past, since I remembered enjoying them immensely. My aim is to reread and properly review them, in order to realise if they stood the test of time for me. As soon as I reread them, the titles will link to the respective reviews. I have no deadline to reread these books. It can take me two, five or more years.
O Ano da Morte de Ricardo Reis (The Year of the Death of Ricardo Reis) by José Saramago
Os Maias (The Maias) by Eça de Queirós
